- Roof systems are built with 2x4 or 2x6 #1 southern yellow pine, 24" on center to maximize strength.
- 29 gauge mill finish galvalume steel roofing is standard.
- All walls are framed with 2x4 #1 southern yellow pine finish.
- Studs with 24" placed in the center.
- Walls braced with 20 gauge with a galvanized angle steel finish.
- Walls, doors, and windows are constructed in a jig to minimize human error.
- The floor system is constructed in a 2x6 size.
- Floor joist is 16" in the center.
- Skids placed throughout the building.
- The floor decking is 3/4" tongue and grooved with sturdi-floor plywood.
- The floor system is secured with 3" finished with double hot-dipped galvanized ring and shank nails that are 6".
